Printing Defects
If your order contains printing defects or does not meet the specifications you provided, we will reprint the affected items at no cost to you. Please contact us with detailed information and images of the defect to facilitate the reprint process.
Design and Spelling Errors
Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of their designs, including spelling, grammar, and layout. We do not offer refunds or reprints for errors in designs provided by customers.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will replace the damaged items promptly.
